Johannes Helander,
Co-founder & Chief Software Architect
Bringing four decades of international experience, including a notable tenure at Microsoft Research in Redmond, he has established himself as a leader in global innovation. He is the author of numerous peer‑reviewed publications, an inventor with over 30 patents, and a sought‑after speaker at international events. He has played a key role in founding more than a dozen companies across three continents and has contributed to several major EU‑funded research projects. His extensive governance experience includes serving on non‑profit boards, steering groups, presidiums, and expert panels throughout Europe and the United States.

Chief Legal Officer
With more than three decades of legal experience, he is a recognized expert in intellectual property, regulatory strategy, and risk management. His background includes extensive work in technology transfers, licensing structures, and due‑diligence assessments. He is also the author of a published book on the legal implications of AI systems, highlighting his leadership in navigating the legal challenges of emerging technologies.
